Protecting our users personal data is an important concern for our company. We have adopted a Corporate Privacy Policy that guides the use and storage of information. Through registering, the customer is giving consent to the collection of personal data. When the order takes place we need personal information for us to fulfill our obligations to the customer.


Through the act of registering, the customer is voluntarily giving consent to the collection of personal data. This is necessary information for the transaction to take place, and for us to fulfill our obligations. Personal data is information that identifies the customer, such as the name, address, e-mail and telephone number, for example.


The company has adopted a Corporate Privacy Policy that guides how the information is used and stored. The employees of Patricia Nicolas are duty-bound to respect the confidentiality of the customers’ data and must abide by the UK’s Jewelry Retail Codes of Conduct. The data will be used to send general and product specific emails, given that the customer has agreed to receive emails for the exclusive purpose of individual customer care. Information will not be shared with third parties unless permission by the customer is provided.

Automatically recorded information is non-personal data. When the customer accesses the company’s website, the general non-personal information such as the internet browser, visits, pages viewed and time spent on pages is recorded automatically. This is not a part of website maintenance. This information is used to gauge the websites appeal and to improve its content and functionality. The non-personal customers’ data is not processed further nor is it transmitted to third parties.


The customer controls the information given to the company. We only request information that is reasonable. The customer has freedom to share information or to refrain from it. If the customer chooses not to share information, the customer will not have access to all areas of the website, whereby the service we provide to the customer will be impacted negatively.


If the customer has inquiries concerning the company’s Corporate Privacy Policy, or how personal data is processed, contact our Privacy Protection representative, Customer Services, or email Upon request of the customers’ personal information, the company will provide a written response, pursuant to the applicable legislation to inform the customer of the information collected. The customer has the right to request no processing of personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform the customer if we intend to use the data for such purposes, or if we intend to disclose customer information to third parties. The customer can exercise the right to prevent processing by ticking boxes on the forms used to collect the customers’ data. The website may provide links to and from websites of partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If the customer enters these websites, note that our rights and obligations cease, as the websites have their own privacy policies.


The DPA gives you the right to access information held about the customer. The customers right to access can be exercised in accordance with the DPA. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 for the transactional cost of the access to the data.
