COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Through the act of registering, the customer is voluntarily giving consent to the collection of personal data. This is necessary information for the transaction to take place, and for us to fulfill our obligations. Personal data is information that identifies the customer, such as the name, address, e-mail and telephone number, for example.
USE AND DIVULGENCE OF PERSONAL DATA
Automatically recorded information is non-personal data. When the customer accesses the company’s website, the general non-personal information such as the internet browser, visits, pages viewed and time spent on pages is recorded automatically. This is not a part of website maintenance. This information is used to gauge the websites appeal and to improve its content and functionality. The non-personal customers’ data is not processed further nor is it transmitted to third parties.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
The customer controls the information given to the company. We only request information that is reasonable. The customer has freedom to share information or to refrain from it. If the customer chooses not to share information, the customer will not have access to all areas of the website, whereby the service we provide to the customer will be impacted negatively.
