Making a return is quick and easy. Just simply email patricia@patricianicolas.com with subject RETURN for an RMA number within 14 days from dispatch.
Write this RMA number on the front of your package and post it back to Patricia Nicolás within 7 days. We will then refund the item to the original purchasers card within 1 working day of receiving the package
For an exchange, Simply email patricia@patricianicolas.com with details of your original order, and the item you wish to exchange to. We will then provide you with an RMA number.
Write the RMA number on the front of the package and post it back to us. We will then post out the new item upon receipt. You will incur any shipping costs. If there is an outstanding balance we will call you to take payment at a time convenient for you, or refund the difference should this be the case.
Please Note
- We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
- We recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service. Patricia Nicolás does not except liability for any goods lost or damaged.
- Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender and will not be accepted.
- Returns outside the stated timeframe will only be accepted at the discretion of Patricia Nicolás.
- Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Patricia Nicolás accepts no liability to how long particular banks take to process cards.
- Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
