WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw without providing a reason and without incurring any additional costs other than shipping. The right to withdraw expires 14 calendar days after the customer first acquired physical possession of the good. If separate goods are delivered, the right is to expire 14 calendar days upon the customers’ physical acquisition of the last good. The customer is obliged to communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us.

EXCHANGE

To exchange goods, email patricia@patricianicolas.com. The details of the customers’ original order and the item the customer wants to exchange to must be communicated. We will then provide the customer with an RMA number in case of exchange and withdrawal. The RMA number must be located on the most visible side of the package and shall be sent back to us. Packages without the RMA number will be returned to the customer. Upon reception of the item, we will send the new item in case of exchange.

SHIPPING

The customer will be liable to cover shipping costs upon exchange or withdrawal. The risk of damage is passed to the customer when the good has been physically acquired by the customer.

EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons; this is an exception of the right of withdrawal. There is no right to withdraw if the good is made to the customers’ specifications, or clearly personalized. Returns exceeding 14 calendar days from the communicated decision to withdraw can be accepted at the discretion of Patricia Nicolas.

PAYMENT

We will reimburse the customer using the same means of payment as the customers initial transaction. We are not obliged to repay the customer if the withdrawal or exchange is not communicated within 14 calendar days of the customers’ acquisition of the good. We shall have received the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which it has been communicated that the customer has withdrawn to receive payment. We will withhold the reimbursement until we have received all goods from the customer. The customer is liable for damage of the goods up to the point we have physical acquisition of the goods. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days. Patricia Nicolas accepts no liability concerning the timeframe of bank processing. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
